Women deserve to look and feel beautiful, and I want to help all women to achieve that. So if you’re a new mum or your kids are a few years old, and you think that you don’t have the time to look nice; you dress in baggy clothes because your body ‘isn’t what it it used to be’, please check out my suggestions below. Please note that these suggestions do not include stockings because these are meant to be double quick garments to throw on.
If you’re a new mum, you’re probably sick of the sight of nursing bras by now. However, I have found some really pretty ones that I think might refresh your bra draw and will leave you feel pretty and feminine.
Boheme by Cache Coeur Lingerie – I really like this because it could be paired with a variety of black lacy knickers.
Light Grey Pretty Breastfeeding Bra by Mumty Bumpty – I think I might get this for myself, I love it! 😉
Lisa by Cache Coeur Lingerie – This is such a cute bra, and it comes in a variety of colours.
Nunderwire 388 by Babynbloom – If you want to feel pretty but prefer a more traditional look, this bra might be what you’re looking for.
If you’re after a piece of underwear to pull your waist and tummy in, a panty corselette is a really useful piece to own. They can be worn under shorts, trousers, skirts, and dresses so they are a pretty good investment, in my opinion.
Panty Corselet with Zip 96405 by Berdita Lingerie – This garment has a zip up the front which means that it would be really quick to put on and take off.
Cynthia Non-Underwired Panty Corselet by Triumph – I really like this piece, the bra is very pretty and the front satin panel adds a touch of luxury.
9057 by Rago – This firm control panty corselet is guaranteed to give you a flat tummy and a tight waist.
Firm Control Knickers
If you’re just after something to pull your tummy in and flatten it out, one of the best options is big Briget Jones knickers. I don’t think they look unattractive in all honesty and they are SO comfortable. Pair these knickers with a longline bra, and you will look fan-tas-tic!
Belform Panty by Triumph – My biggest problem area is my tummy so I wear these knickers when I’m feeling particularly self-conscious about it. The panelling at the front is really great and they are so comfortable.
619 by Rago – Just like the Triumph, this is a very strong piece of underwear and will make you look super trim!
Fantasie Tweave Cuff Waist Brief Pantie by Fantasie – although these might not be the sexiest of knickers, they will hold you in and have the added advantage of the wide waist band, which would fit perfectly with a longline bra to cinch your waist.
There are plenty of other types of underwear that will not take ages to put on, nor will they feel uncomfortable. Here are some other pieces that you might want to consider:
- Waist cinchers, for example – Rago
- Underbust cinching vest, for example – Pretty Girl Curves (these are kind of funky, check out there other products if you like bright underwear)
- High waist tummy control with eyelets, for example – ebay
